Ghost Of Templates License Agreement

THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date of download or use of the digital products (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) by the user (hereinafter referred to as “Licensee”). The Products are owned by Ghost Of Templates (hereinafter referred to as “Licensor”). By downloading or using the Products, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Definition of Terms

“Sample” means a single sound that can be used in music production, including but not limited to one-shot, hit, instrument or sound.

“Presets” means predetermined settings for digital synthesizers, such as Xfer Serum (latest available version), Xfer Serum 2 (latest available version), U-he Diva latest available version), Sylenth1 (latest available version)

“Project File” means digital music projects, particularly focusing on project files for the application Fruity Loops Studio (latest version, if not explicitly mentioned) and Ableton (latest version, if not explicitly mentioned) or higher (also referred to as “DAW”

Ownership of Copyright

The copyright of the Products shall remain the property of Licensor, and Licensor reserves the right to restrict usage of the Products if Licensee violates this Agreement.

Usage of Samples

2. The Samples are royalty-free, and Licensee may use the Samples for commercial purposes in original music productions. However, Licensee shall not use the Samples in its own sample pack or sound library for commercial purposes.

Usage of Presets

3. The Presets are royalty-free, and Licensee may use the Presets for commercial purposes in original music productions. However, Licensee shall not use the Presets in its own sample pack or sound bank for commercial purposes, nor should they be distributed in any way without permission

Usage of Project Files

4. The project files included in this educational resource are intended solely for educational and non-commercial use. As such, you, the licensee, agree not to distribute or commercially exploit the full project files or any portions thereof as your own original works. This prohibition extends to any distribution via digital or physical means, including but not limited to sale, licensing, or sharing through websites, social media, or other platforms. Failure to comply with this restriction may result in legal consequences.

Disclaimer

Licensee agrees that Licensor shall not be liable for any damages to hardware, software, equipment or health resulting from the download and use of the Products. Licensee acknowledges that continuous listening to loud music through earbuds and headphones can cause hearing loss.

Governing Law

5. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Products were downloaded or used.

Entire Agreement

6. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement on the date first above written.

The templates and remakes available on this website are sold exclusively for study, practice, learning, and internal use purposes.

By purchasing any material, the customer acknowledges and agrees that it is not permitted to use remakes as original works, nor to release, distribute, or publish them (whether free or paid) as if they were their own creations.

Resale, redistribution, or any form of direct commercial exploitation of the purchased material is strictly prohibited.

Any misuse may result in appropriate legal action.
